Ground Beef Stew
A layered slow cooker stew with potatoes, carrots, onion, peas, and ground beef topped with tomato soup — do not stir until done.

- 3 potatoes, cubed
- 4 medium carrots, sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 15 oz canned peas, drained
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 10 0.5 oz canned tomato soup
- 1 can warm water

In crockpot, layer in order: potatoes, carrots, onion, peas, and ground beef (crumbled).

Season with salt. Spread tomato soup evenly over all layers. Add water around the sides.

Cook on LOW 7 hours. Do not stir until done.

Stir gently just before serving.
