- 2 lb zucchini ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten ¼ pound shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon grated onion
- ½ cup water 1 (12 oz.) can whole corn
Instructions

Spray a 2 quart casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Pour squash mixture into prepared baking dish.

Top with remaining cheese.

Bake in Preheated 350° oven for 40 minutes or until set.
