- 1 lb spinach. chopped fine
- 1 cup Ricotta or cottage cheese
- 0.3 cup Parmesan cheese
- 8 clove garlic, minced
- 0.3 cup milk
Instructions

salt and fresh ground pepper to taste Melt butter in saucepan. Saute garlic until golden. Add spinach and cook for 5 minutes or until limp. Reduce heat, stir in cheeses and milk.
