- 1 each (9-inch) frozen pie crust shell
- 1 each (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, drained
- 0.3 each C. ripe olives, quartered
- 1 each C. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3 each eggs
- 0.5 each C. milk
Instructions

Spread green chiles over bottom of pie crust.

Place olives on top of chiles.

Sprinkle cheese on top.

Beat together eggs and milk; pour over cheese.

Bake on cookie sheet in 375ºF oven 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted 2 inches from edge comes out clean.

Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
