  • 0.5 each C. all-purpose white flour
  • 1 each tsp. baking powder
  • 10 each eggs, lightly beaten
  • 0.3 each lb. butter, melted, slightly cooled
  • 2 each C. small-curd cottage cheese
  • 1 each lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 3 each (4 oz.) cans diced green chiles

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350ºF.

    Butter a 13 x 9-inch shallow baking dish.

    Mix flour and baking powder.

  4. 4

    Add eggs and butter, blending well.

  5. 5

    Blend in remaining ingredients.

    Put mixture in the prepared baking dish and bake for 35 to 45 minutes, or until set.

    Cut into squares and serve very hot.
