- 2 lb tomatoes, halved, seeded, and chopped
- 1 cup chopped green onions (white and pale parts)
- 7 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 6 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 0.3 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 0.3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 12 oz penne pasta
Instructions

Combine tomatoes, green onions, feta, parsley, dill, and olive oil in a large bowl. Set aside.

Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until just tender, stirring occasionally. Drain.

Add hot pasta immediately to the tomato mixture and toss well to coat.

Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm or at room temperature.
