- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 1 lb roma tomatoes, quartered
- 6 oz Greek olives, sliced
- 4 oz radishes, sliced
- 4 oz feta cheese
- 3 oz olive oil
- 3 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper

Wash and cut lettuce into 1.5-inch pieces.

Slice tomatoes into quarters. Combine lettuce, tomatoes, olives, and radishes in a large bowl.

Make dressing: mix olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper together.

Toss vegetables with dressing.

Pour into a shallow serving bowl. Crumble feta cheese over all.
