  • 2 cup quick oats
  • 0.3 cup honey 3 tbsp. pecan meal or finely chopped almonds
  • 0.8 cup Grape Nuts cereal

Instructions

    MIX water and honey together. MIX remaining ingredients in food processor, and grind

    together. POUR liquid over dry mixture and stir to mix. PRESS together into oil-

    sprayed 8” pie plate. BAKE at 375° for 10 minutes. COOL and add filling.
