    This recipe can also be used for berries. 1 cup grapes 1/2 cup granulated sugar Boiling water Put firm-ripe, washed, stemmed, halved and seeded grapes in the bottom of a clean, hot quart jar.

    Fill jar with boiling water, leaving 1/2-inch headspace; seal.

    Process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
