Graham Muffins II

- 1 cup Graham or
- 1 cup milk
- 0.8 cup flour
- 0.3 cup sugar
- entire wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons melted
- butter

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Grease 10 muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.

Combine flour, baking powder, salt, graham crackers and sugar in a large bowl.

Combine all ingredients.

Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.

Bake in a 375 degree F oven for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden.

Remove from cups.
