Graham Cracker Crust

  • 16 graham cracker squares
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup margarine or butter (1/2 stick) -- melted

Instructions

    Heat the oven to 350º.

    Place a few crackers at a time in a plastic bag.

    Seal the bag, and crush crackers into fine crumbs with a rolling pin or bottle.

  4. 4

    Mix the crumbs, sugar and margarine in a medium bowl.

  5. 5

    Press firmly and evenly on the bottom of the square pan.

  6. 6

    If using a pie pan, press crumb mixture against bottom and side of pan.

  7. 7

    Bake 10 minutes; cool.
