- 2 lb breadfruit

- 5 cup coconut milk

Cut breadfruit into quarters. Peel skin. Remove core. Cut lengthwise 2 tablespoons green onion, chopped

into pieces. Cook breadfruit with coconut milk in a covered sauce pan on 7 oz. crab meat, tuna, ham, cooked shrimp or 3 hard boiled eggs,

medium high heat 30 minutes. chopped
