Glazed Carrots

- 5 cup carrots (sliced thin), 8 medium
- 0.3 cup frozen apple juice concentrate
- 1 tbsp grated orange rind
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1. Place carrots in steamer over 1 l/2 cups of boiling water in a sauce-
