  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons orange or pineapple juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard (dry)

    Select a fully cooked ham from those listed in Timetable for Roasting Ham.

    Allow about 1/3 pound ham per person, slightly less for a boneless ham and slightly more for ham with a bone.

    Place the ham, fat side up, on a rack in the roasting pan.

  4. 4

    Insert a meat thermometer so the tip is in the thickest part of the ham and does not touch bone or rest in fat.

    Bake uncovered in 325° oven for the time listed in the chart.
