  • Water pan full
  • 1 boneless beef brisket, about 8-10 lbs
  • tbs garlic salt
  • 2 lb beef tips, cubed
  • 1 tsp pepper 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp onion salt 3 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tsp red pepper 1 large can tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup vinegar 1 can mushrooms
  • Black Jack BBQ sauce
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 lb ground beef

Instructions

    Combine all ingredients, stir well, and heat until 2 tbs flour
