  • 1 pint half and half
  • 10 oz grated carrots, approximately 250 g
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup cashew pieces
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 0.3 cup butter, approximately 4 tablespoons

    Heat the half and half in a heavy bottomed saucepan to boiling and add the grated carrots, raisins and sugar. Boil the mixture till the liquid is reduced to 1/10th of the original amount. Melt butter in a frying pan and fry the cashew pieces. Mix well and serve hot. Shakes Mango Shake
