Fruit Salsa And Cinnamon Chips

Fresh fruit salsa of kiwi, apples, raspberries, and strawberries served with crispy baked cinnamon tortilla chips.

  • 2 whole kiwis, peeled and diced
  • 2 whole Golden Delicious apples, peeled, cored, and diced
  • 8 oz raspberries
  • 1 lb strawberries
  • 2 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp fruit preserves, any flavor
  • 10 whole 10-inch flour tortillas
  • 2 cup cinnamon sugar

Instructions

    In a large bowl, mix kiwis, apples, raspberries, strawberries, white sugar, brown sugar, and fruit preserves. Cover and chill at least 15 minutes.

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat one side of each tortilla with butter flavored cooking spray.

    Cut into wedges and arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and spray again.

    Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Repeat with remaining tortilla wedges. Allow to cool 15 minutes.

    Serve with chilled fruit mixture.
