  • 1st Part: 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup flour 2 eggs
  • 2nd Part: 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup butter or oleo ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ cup powdered sugar 1 tablespoon lemon rind

Instructions

    Mix ingredients (except nuts) in a bowl until smooth and spread over cooled bar base.

    Top with chopped nuts and refrigerate several hours or overnight.

    Once the bars have cooled, spread the cream cheese icing over the top.

    Sprinkle with chopped nuts or graham cracker crumbs.

  5. 5

    Cut into 16-20 squares and serve.
