Frontier Spaghetti
Ingredients
- 1 lb hot Italian sausage
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- spaghetti

- 4 cup parsley flakes
- 1 tbs garlic flakes 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 lb bacon cut into 1in pieces 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 4 cup celery, chopped

- grated Romano cheese
- 2 cup mushrooms, sliced

- 1 tsp salt

Rest of can Parmesan cheese 1 cup water

Cook spaghetti as directed. Cook and stir garlic and 1/4 tsp pepper

bacon in oil until bacon is crisp. Drain. Mix together 1/3 tsp oregano

eggs, Parmesan cheese, Romano cheese, parsley, 1/4 tsp thyme
- 7
and pepper. Reserve. Drain spaghetti and return to

pan over low heat. Toss spaghetti quickly with egg Place olive oil and sausage in pre heated Dutch

mixture. Add bacon mixture and stir. Top with oven and cook until well browned. Add onions,

additional Parmesan cheese. Serve with pepper on celery, parsley, green pepper, and garlic. Cook until

side to taste. veggies are tender. Blend in remaining ingredients.

Simmer over slow heat for 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Stir often

to prevent scorching. Add water as needed for

desired consistency. Serve over cooked pasta.
