- 1 lb calamari, sliced into 1/2-inch rings
- 2 dozen shucked mussels
- 2 dozen shucked oysters
- 1 lb large shrimp, tail on, deveined
- 1 lb mixed white fish fillets, cut into 2-oz portions

- 0.5 cup garlic aioli
- 0.5 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, whisk the flour and olive oil together. Add enough water to thin out the batter but not too thin. Season with salt and pepper. Let the batter rest for 30 minutes, then fold in the egg whites.
- 2
Heat oil to 375°F in a large deep pot.
- 3
Season all seafood with salt and pepper. Working in batches, dip the calamari, mussels, oysters, shrimp, fish, onion rings, and zucchini into the batter.
- 4
Fry in batches until golden-brown, about 3 to 4 minutes each. Drain on paper towels.
- 5
Arrange the mixed fried seafood and vegetables on a large platter. Garnish with parsley and Parmigiano-Reggiano.
- 6
Serve immediately with warm marinara sauce and garlic aioli on the side.
