  • 3 2/3 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 21/2 teaspoons baking
  • powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon melted butter

    Scoop the batter with your hand and squeeze drops into the hot oil.

    Fry until all surfaces of the balls are nicely golden.
