  • 4 c. diced apples (don’t dice too fine)
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

    Mix apples and sugar together.

    Mix in all other ingredients.

    Put in 9x13 inch greased pan.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 40-60 minutes or until cake shrinks from edge of pan.
