- 2 eggs
- 4 bread slices, cut each bread slice into 3 pieces vertically
- 2/3 cup milk
- 0.3 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla

Preheat the griddle to medium-low heat. In a bowl, whisk eggs with cinnamon, vanilla, and milk. Spray griddle top with cooking spray. Dip each bread piece into the egg mixture and coat well. Place coated bread pieces onto the hot griddle top and cook until golden brown from both sides. Servings and enjoy.
