French Style Roast Beef
Ingredients
- 2 pkg. crescent rolls
- pizza sauce
- 3 lb boneless chuck or rolled rump roast
- 1 0.5 lb ground beef 6 whole cloves
- 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese 1 bay leaf
- shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 cup water
- 4 oz pepperoni 2 medium onions, quartered
- 2 tsp oregano 2 stalks celery, cut 1in pieces
- 1 tsp garlic powder 5 peppercorns

Brown ground beef, drain. Line Dutch oven with 1 1 large clove garlic

pkg. crescent rolls. Spread pizza sauce on dough. 4 med. carrots, quartered

Add ground beef, pepperoni, and sprinkle oregano,

garlic powder, and onion powder on top. Add Place roast, salt, thyme, clove, peppercorns, bay

cheeses and use second pkg. crescent rolls to form leaf, and garlic in Dutch oven and add water. Heat

top crust. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Other to boiling, reduce heat and simmer covered 2 1/2

simmer another 30 minutes. Remove roast, cut into 1/4 cups Worcestershire sauce

ROUND STEAK ORIENTAL Place brisket in Dutch oven. Add water, vinegar,
