- 2 quarts bouillon, beef -- blended
- 6 cup onions -- thinly sliced
- 0.3 cup margarine
- 1 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.3 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 0.3 cup cooking sherry -- optional
- in margarine; cover and let cook for about 15 minutes.
- Uncover and add salt, sugar and flour. Stir well. Add to stock in crackpot. Cover
- and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Add sherry anytime during the last 2-3 hours of
