  • 2 quarts bouillon, beef -- blended
  • 6 cup onions -- thinly sliced
  • 0.3 cup margarine
  • 1 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.3 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 0.3 cup cooking sherry -- optional
  • in margarine; cover and let cook for about 15 minutes.
  • Uncover and add salt, sugar and flour. Stir well. Add to stock in crackpot. Cover
