Fly Like An Eagle Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 box Stove Top stuffing, chicken flavor
- 2 can cream of chicken soup
- mayonnaise
- 3 lb chicken breasts, cubed

Cut up chicken and boil in Dutch oven for 1/2 hour. 1 stalk celery, chopped

Let cool, then bone and chop. Combine soup and 1/2 tsp turmeric

mayonnaise in a large pot. Add seasoning packet chopped parsley

from stuffing mix and 3/4 cups stuffing crumbs. Add 4 hard-boiled eggs, cut into wedges

chicken and stir well. Place in Dutch oven and top 1 onion, chopped

with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. 4 potatoes, peeled, cut
