- 1 cup flour
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- butter for cooking
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the milk and vinegar. Set aside for two minutes.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir in the milk, egg, blueberries, and melted butter.

Mix until combined but not totally smooth.

Heat your griddle to medium heat and add a little butter.

Pour the pancakes onto the griddle and cook until one side is golden brown.

Flip the pancakes and cook until the other side is golden.

Remove the pancakes from the griddle and serve with warm maple syrup.
