- 1 cup unbleached flour
- 0.5 cup warm water
- 0.3 tsp yeast
- 1 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 cup sourdough starter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup white flour
- 2 cup wheat flour
- 1 cup oil−cured black olives, pitted and chopped

Mix starter, flour and water in nonmetal bowl and leave in a warm place, covered with plastic wrap, overnight.
