Five-Can Tuna Casserole

Super simple five-can tuna casserole with chicken-rice soup, mushroom soup and chow mein noodles. Optional water chestnuts add extra crunch.

  • 6 oz canned tuna
  • 5 oz evaporated milk (small can)
  • 10 0.8 oz chicken-rice soup
  • 10 0.8 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 oz chow mein noodles
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0 sliced water chestnuts (optional)

Instructions

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

    Pour into a greased casserole dish.

    Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
