  • 1 cup cucumber 2 oz. (50 grams) pork fat
  • 1 cup cabbage (pak choy, head cabbage, won bok) 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 cup green beans 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup chopped onions 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tablespoon finely minced onion
