  • 3 cup Fire-roasted corn
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.3 cup Diced red bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp Chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 0.5 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp Lime juice

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Combine cream cheese, heavy cream, and cheddar cheese.

    Fold in corn, red bell pepper, cilantro, cumin, cayenne, and lime juice.
