- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. stew meat -- well browned
- 1 16-24 oz. jar Pace picante sauce, or 2-3 cups of your homemade salsa
- 1 green pepper cut into julienne strips
- 1 medium to large onion cut into rings
- until done. Serve on flour tortillas with lettuce, cheese, etc.
- Substitute boneless skinless chicken breasts, or leftover deboned chicken, turkey
- pork or roast.

Layer meat, pepper, onion, salsa until all ingredients are used. Cook on low heat
