Enchiladas (Slow Cooker)

A deconstructed slow cooker enchilada casserole with ground beef, chopped chilies, and four kinds of soup, finished with crushed Doritos for texture.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 0.5 oz canned chopped green chilies
  • 10 0.5 oz mild enchilada sauce
  • 10 0.5 oz golden mushroom soup
  • 10 0.5 oz cheddar cheese soup
  • 10 0.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 10 0.5 oz cream of celery soup
  • 1 package Dorito chips, crushed

Instructions

    Brown ground beef with onion; drain fat.

    Combine beef with all soups, enchilada sauce, and chilies in crockpot. Mix well.

    Cook on LOW 4–6 hours.

    In last 15 minutes, stir in crushed Doritos.
