Enchiladas (Slow Cooker)
A deconstructed slow cooker enchilada casserole with ground beef, chopped chilies, and four kinds of soup, finished with crushed Doritos for texture.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 0.5 oz canned chopped green chilies
- 10 0.5 oz mild enchilada sauce
- 10 0.5 oz golden mushroom soup
- 10 0.5 oz cheddar cheese soup
- 10 0.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
- 10 0.5 oz cream of celery soup
- 1 package Dorito chips, crushed

Brown ground beef with onion; drain fat.

Combine beef with all soups, enchilada sauce, and chilies in crockpot. Mix well.

Cook on LOW 4–6 hours.

In last 15 minutes, stir in crushed Doritos.
