  • 0.5 each C. shredded scallions
  • 1 each C. bean sprouts, drained well if canned

Instructions

    Mix all together and fry in patties.

    Smother with Chinese Gravy.

    Chinese Gravy • 1 C. chicken broth • 1 tsp. sugar • 1 tsp. soy sauce • 1/4 tsp.

    MSG • 1 T. cornstarch, mixed with a little water • Salt • Pepper Cook over low heat until thick.

    Serve over Egg Foo Yung.
