Easy Hamburger Stroganoff

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- 4 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Brown ground beef in a large skillet with onion and garlic. Drain off fat.

Add cream of mushroom soup, dry mustard, and milk. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Stir in sour cream and heat through without boiling.

Season with salt and pepper. Serve over egg noodles or rice.
