Easy Crockpot Beef Dinner
A dump-and-go slow cooker beef dinner with carrots, celery, stewed tomatoes, Lipton onion-mushroom soup, and Kitchen Bouquet for a rich, savory gravy.

- 1 lb chuck or beef stew meat
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 clove garlic, chopped
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 14 0.5 oz canned stewed tomatoes
- 1 package Lipton onion-mushroom soup mix
- 1 tbsp Kitchen Bouquet browning sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 oz canned mushrooms (optional)
- 2 tbsp flour

Layer onion, garlic, carrots, and celery in bottom of crockpot.

Place meat on top. Add Worcestershire, Kitchen Bouquet, and dry soup mix.

Pour stewed tomatoes over everything. Add mushrooms if using.

Cook on LOW 8–10 hours. Mix flour with a little cold water; stir in to thicken gravy.
