Easy Crabmeat Casserole

  • 1 lb lump crabmeat, picked over
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 tbsp onion, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 1.5-quart baking dish.

    In a bowl, combine crabmeat, cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, milk, Swiss cheese, onion, lemon juice, Old Bay, and pepper.

    Pour into prepared baking dish.

    Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over top.

    Bake for 25–35 minutes until bubbly and topping is golden brown.
