  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped (omit for vegan version)
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese (omit for vegan version)
  • 3 tablespoons POPPY SEED DRESSING

Instructions

    In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, thinly sliced red onion, shredded carrots, diced bell pepper, and diced celery.

    Add the chopped walnuts or crumbled feta cheese (optional) to the bowl.
