Easy Cheesy Potato Casserole

  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 lb package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 whole white onion, chopped
  • 3 oz jar real bacon bits

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    In the microwave, melt Velveeta in a large microwave-safe bowl.

    Stir in mayonnaise, potatoes, and onions.

    Spread in a 9x13 inch baking dish and top with bacon bits.
