Dutch Oven Pizza

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 small potatoes, shredded
  • onions, shredded
  • 3 lb round steak sliced
  • 2 tsp oregano 3 tbs margarine
  • tbs instant beef bouillon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbs onion powder 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 tbs garlic powder 3 stalks celery, chopped fine
  • tomato sauce
  • 1/
  • 2 cup ketchup

    olive oil 1 tbs parsley flakes

    1 tbs garlic flakes

    At home, combine beef, potatoes, onion, eggs, and 1 tsp oregano

    dry ingredients and store in double gallon zip-lock

    bag. At camp -- heat 2 tbs olive oil in Dutch oven. Heat Dutch oven and add margarine. Brown steak.

    Shape beef mixture into loaf and brown on all sides. Add rest of ingredients, cover, and simmer 2 - 2 1/2

    Pour tomato sauce onto loaf and bake 1/2 hour. hours. 1/2 cups water may be added if mixture

    thickens too much.
