Dutch Oven Green Beans Fried Cucumbers

  • 1 gallon can green beans 4 cucumbers, peeled and sliced in into 1/4in slices
  • 1 lb bacon 1 can Italian bread crumbs
  • onions, sliced 1 egg
  • 1/
  • 4 cup milk
  • garlic, minced
  • 1/
  • 4 cup olive oil
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

    Drain 1/2 of liquid off of green beans and pour into sugar

    Dutch oven. Cut bacon into 1in strips and stir into

    beans. Add onions and garlic and stir. Cover and Dust each slice with salt and pepper and sprinkle

    cook 1-2 hours or until bacon is clear and onions are with sugar. Pour bread crumbs into a large pot lid

    soft. and roll each slice to coat. Combine egg and milk in

  6. 6

    small pot and dip each slice. Roll again in bread

    crumbs. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium

  8. 8

    HAM & POTATOES AU GEEZER heat and fry slices until coating is brown. Drain on

    paper towels and serve hot.
