- 2 potatoes
- 1 can chunk Ham
- 1 egg

Shortening/margarine Pre-cook 2 potatoes, skins on. Wrap in foil for trip. At camp: melt shortening in fry pan and slice the potato for frying. After browning add chunk ham and egg. Cook until egg is done. Salt and pepper to taste. Alternate: use dried hash brown potatoes on long trips
