Deep Dish Mixed Berry Pie

  • 2 crusts Pie dough
  • 2 cup Blueberries
  • 2 cup Raspberries
  • 2 cup Blackberries
  • 0.5 cup Sugar
  • 0.3 cup Brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp Butter

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

    Line deep pie dish with pie dough.

    Combine berries in a large bowl.

    Mix sugars, cornstarch, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla.

    Toss berries with spice mixture.

    Mound in pie shell and dot with butter.

    Cover with top crust and seal edges.

    Cut vents in top crust.

    Bake for 50-60 minutes until bubbling at edges.
