- 1 box of sugar free instant chocolate pudding

Cool Whip (as topping, if desired)2 1/2 pints of heavy whipping cream Blend the pudding mix with the heavy whipping cream until thick. I separate this dessert into 4 containers and enjoy it throughout the week. I like to add a big spoonful of Cool Whip to each container right before eating. This recipe can be made with all sugar free, instant puddings. Butterscotch is my second favorite!
