- 8 oz Kielbasa sausage, cut in 1/4" slices
- 1 can diced Tomatoes with liquid, 14 1/2oz
- 1 medium Onion, diced
- 1 medium Green Pepper, diced
- 2 Celery stalks, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp Chicken bouillon granules
- 1 tbsp Steak sauce
- Bay leaves or
- 1 tsp dried Thyme
- 1 tsp sugar
- 0.3 to 1/2 TSP Hot Pepper sauce
- 1 cup uncooked instant Rice
- 0.5 cup chopped Parsley, optional
- steak sauce, bay leaves, sugar and hot pepper sauce in crockpot.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
- additional 25 minutes. Stir in parsley if desired.
