  • 8 oz Kielbasa sausage, cut in 1/4" slices
  • 1 can diced Tomatoes with liquid, 14 1/2oz
  • 1 medium Onion, diced
  • 1 medium Green Pepper, diced
  • 2 Celery stalks, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp Chicken bouillon granules
  • 1 tbsp Steak sauce
  • Bay leaves or
  • 1 tsp dried Thyme
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 0.3 to 1/2 TSP Hot Pepper sauce
  • 1 cup uncooked instant Rice
  • 0.5 cup chopped Parsley, optional
  • steak sauce, bay leaves, sugar and hot pepper sauce in crockpot.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
  • additional 25 minutes. Stir in parsley if desired.
