  • 2 0.5 lb Round steak
  • 0.3 to 1/2" thick 1/2 pound Bulk Italian sausage
  • 1 tbsp Dried parsley flakes
  • 0.5 tsp Leaf oregano
  • 2 clove Garlic -- minced
  • 1 large Onion -- finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 can Italian style tomatoes -- 16 0z
  • 1 can tomato paste --, 6 oz
  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 5 clove Garlic -- chopped
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 large Onions -- chopped
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tbsp Wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • Trim all excess fat from round steak. Cut into 8 evenly shaped pieces.
