  • 1 lb. dried black beans (or turtle beans)
  • 16 oz. jar of salsa (your favorite kind)
  • enough water to just cover beans

Instructions

    Rinse black beans, removing any stones or foreign objects.

    Cover with water, soak all night.

  3. 3

    Drain beans and place in cp with salsa.

  4. 4

    Add enough water to just cover beans.

  5. 5

    Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours.
