- 4 each Rib-eye steaks
- 2 tbsp Creole seasoning
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 can White beans
- 8 oz Andouille sausage
- 1 onion Chopped
- 1 cup Chopped celery
- 4 clove Garlic
- 1 tbsp Thyme
- 1 cup Chicken stock

Season steaks with creole seasoning.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear steaks 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.

Remove steaks and let rest.

In the same skillet, brown sausage and set aside.

Add onion, celery, and garlic; saute 5 minutes.

Add beans, thyme, and stock.

Simmer 15-20 minutes to blend flavors.

Stir in cooked sausage.
