  • 1 sm. pkg SF jello
  • 1 0.3 cup water
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream

Instructions

    Mix jell-o with 1 cup boiling water, stir until dissolved. Combine remaining water and cream and add to jell-o. Pour into dishes, chill 4 hours. Will separate into 2 layers. Total 3 carb.     The vanilla bean gives this dessert a wonderful flavor, but you can use 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract instead. The recipe can be easily halved or doubled and can be made the day before.
