Creamy Chicken Noodle Casserole

- 0.3 cup butter
- 0.3 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 cup chicken broth
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cup cooked chicken breast, chopped
- 7 oz egg noodles, cooked and drained
- 0.5 cup buttered bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook 1 minute. Gradually whisk in chicken broth and cook, stirring, until slightly thickened.

Remove from heat. Stir in evaporated milk and shredded Cheddar until cheese is melted.

Add cooked noodles and chicken; stir to combine.

Transfer to a greased 3-quart casserole dish. Top with buttered bread crumbs.
